Deliveries

Free shipping on all orders over € 200.

For orders under € 200, an extra fee of € 20 will be charged.

We use DHL, UPS ans TNT

Notification always takes place before delivery.

In most cases, delivery takes place to your plot boundary, but for some smaller orders under, delivery can take place to your nearest shipping agent.

Payments

Shopify Payments, one of the world's largest payment providers, handles all card payments on our site. Please note that we at STILHEM SVERIGE AB never handle your sensitive information such as card numbers, this to make you feel safe.

Stock status and delivery time can be found on the individual product pages.

Price
All prices in the store include VAT and are stated in your chosen currency. The prices apply if no other agreement has been reached. Upon confirmed order, the prices can only be changed by circumstances that STILHEM SVERIGE AB does not have control over. STILHEM SVERIGE AB reserves the right to make errors in pricing. Should the price change, the customer has the right to cancel the purchase free of charge.

Klarna invoice solution
In collaboration with Klarna, we offer invoices and installments. When you choose invoice as payment method, you get your goods home before you pay. You can then choose to pay the full amount at once or divide the payment into smaller parts.

You can only order to your population registration address when you choose invoice or partial payment and you must be at least 18 years old at the time of ordering.

Any return shipping is taken care of and paid for by the buyer.
