Shipping and Delivery
We offer free shipping within Europe for purchases over € 200.
For orders under € 200, an extra fee of € 20 will be charged.
Within Europe, we send our shipments by DHL, UPS and TNT. After ordering, the items are sent from our warehouse in Norrköping Sweden within 14 working days. If you are in an extra hurry with a delivery, we always recommend that you call us and make an appointment before ordering. Notification always takes place before delivery.
For home delivery, delivery takes place to your plot boundary. Home delivery takes place on goods that weigh more than 20 kg.
For smaller orders under € 200 or under 20 kg, delivery will be made to your nearest agent.
For shipments that are not picked up or received upon delivery and thus returned, we charge a fee for our costs for shipping, return shipping and other handling. All possible return shipping takes place at the buyer's expense and is taken care of by the buyer.
You are responsible for ensuring that all information provided in connection with the purchase is correct. This is important for the shipment to end up right.
